High school graduates or equivalent, and individuals interested in working in human resources departments, employee affairs, recruitment and training. No prior HR experience is required.
Every employer in the Kingdom — public or private — must manage recruitment, Saudization compliance, payroll and staff development. HR practitioners with accredited qualifications remain in consistent demand as Vision 2030 expands the private sector workforce.
Entry level: Recruitment Coordinator, HR Specialist, Employee Affairs Specialist. Mid level: Training Specialist, Job Classification Specialist, Payroll Officer. Senior level: Payroll Auditor, Assistant HR Manager, HR Business Partner.
